Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an Operations Program Manager (contingent) to support Operations in the creation of rigor and structure around internal team operations. This role will serve as a ‘chief of staff’ to the Director of Operations.
- Creating clarity and amplifying team goals, milestones, and success to a diverse stakeholder audience.
- Lead the design and execution of a continuous improvement campaign across research.
- Facilitate the gathering of subject matter expert committees dedicated to determining project prioritization and solutions.
- Act as a dedicated coordinator of regularly scheduled operations program management summits and meetings – bringing Program Managers together for professional development, information sharing, and ongoing problem-solving collaboration.
- Track the progress of initiatives and create artifacts that empower people at all levels to deliver on their promises and commitments (e.g., agendas, meeting notes and scheduled follow-ups).
- Act as an exceptional storyteller - creating report-outs that demonstrate the value and impact of successful continuous improvement initiatives. Identify service failures and opportunities for improvement and partner with the director of operations to navigate.
- Develop business and technical requirements for operational tools and trackers as this work will be critical for tracking and reporting initiative outcomes (e.g., OKR Tools).
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management with applicable industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SCRUM or Agile). Direct experience working in the technology industry is ideal but not required.
- Program management or Project Management.
- Data and Reporting.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
