Location: Fridley, MN and surrounding areas
Hours of Position: Flexible based on client schedule, but typically day-time business hours are 8am-4pm
Compensation: $23/hour
Description:
The interim Program Manager works one on one with our clientele in the community providing a variety of services that support independent living. They manage their own caseload of clients while providing supervision and oversight for all other caseloads for staff. They report directly to the BRIDGES Director as the head of all operational facets in the BRIDGES to Success Division. This includes compliance with licensing requirements, coordination and planning of client needs, supervision of staff, scheduling, implementation of staff training/meetings and client behavioral management and support planning.
The Program Manager assists with developing and providing services that improve the independent living skills and personal needs of clients. They analyze and provide monthly reports from the data compiled. This position requires a person with energy, creativity and desire for improving the lives of others. The primary goal is to provide oversight to strengthen the skills of staff and help clients achieve personal goals and live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree in a field related to human services, OR 4 years of full-time experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors as well as co-occurring mental disorders or neurocognitive disorder.
- Organization, communication, time management, and supervisory skills are essential for success in this position.
- 2+ years experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Prior experience with 245D licensing and person centered planning and delivery
- A valid Driver's License, clean MVR & auto insurance (You will be using your personal vehicle to transport clients)
- The ability to pass a MN DHS background check
- A working mobile device that can receive & send phone calls and capability of downloading application for documentation
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to work both independently and with a team. You must be able to make independent decisions based upon standard policies and procedures, as well as use good judgment in day-to-day activities.
- Effective organization, time management, ability to manage time and meet deadlines is necessary. Reliability, dependability, and flexibility are essential.
