Responsibilities:
- Drive purchase orders to meet SLAs, weekly sessions with strategic partners, collecting inputs to determine action, hosting monthly program reviews with partners across all programs in Reality Labs. Set operational procedures and track action items.
- Will be working with other cross functional teams. Help with budget management, when does the team need to meet SLAs.
- This team has works with the one of key strategic partners in the division with the largest budget spend. We have a need to run activities like programs and defining metrics such that we measure progress. This role will have visibility to the external partner.
- Looking for someone invested in future growth and longevity within the role.
- Need a Program Manager with excellent PM skills, take input and drive into structure, streamline and scale.
- Working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs.
- Evaluating and assessing the programs' strengths and weaknesses.
- Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met.
- Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
- Working with the XFN team to improve strategies.
