Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of the Food Services Operations Specialist role are to provide catering program oversight, help implement policies and procedures to maximize guest satisfaction and reduce costs, and manage onsite Hospitality & Logistics ("H&L") team operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Background/Experience in catering
- Familiarity with excel
- 1-2 years of experience in a management position, with a proven track record of people management and process implementation
- Background in an operations role
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to keep directives clear and create cohesion between all F&B program stakeholders.
