You will work across all levels to understand, synthesize, and drive vital actions to translate business strategy into product strategy and roadmap initiatives to deliver them to our partners, users, and customers.

The pay range for this position in Western Washington varies between $95,160.00 – $135,420.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $76,830.00 – $109,335.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

- Partner with the business to translate their strategies and goals to influence product strategy, goals, and roadmaps
- Translate and determine the appropriate prioritization of customer opportunities and struggles into well-defined user stories for product teams to scope and develop as part of their roadmap
- Interface between business and product owners to prioritize and coordinate support requests, development dependencies, and timelines
- Lead the release management process and activities for business stakeholders by organizing and managing critical activities such as User Acceptance Testing and technical platform integrations
- Build understanding and alignment between business and product strategy
- Be the voice of the customer on behalf of the business with the product team by leading all aspects of clear and bi-directional communication channels and forums
- Implement scope changes and requests with Product Managers
- Plan and lead meetings and workshops between business and technical product stakeholders to capture, understand, and scope requirements
- Build and manage frameworks and processes to ensure efficient and transparent development and management of product roadmaps
Experience, skills, and education you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience building effective technical project/program plans and leading development processes, business partners, engineering, and functional teams
- Consistent track record of managing improvements and features from conceptualization through development and delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to optimally work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds
- Experience conducting and facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Flexibility in working hours required to meet with dispersed team and national partners.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience writing user stories, vertically slicing features, working with UX researchers and designers, and maintaining product backlogs.
- Knowledge of healthcare and or insurance industry including dental benefits preferred.
