Supports and implements the directives and priorities set forth by the Director, Executive Director and the Senior Management Team. Ensures staff perform treatment and operations in a way that is consistent with the goals and directives of the Executive Directoras well as established agency policies and individual person-centeredplans. Represents the agency leadership, in a manner that provides for congruence across all hours of operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct, coordinate, and evaluate all aspects of program as provided through staff activity-based interventions
- Participate in developing and implementing services
- Prepares daily schedules and coordinates activities to ensure required ratios, clinical model of care, and quality of service
- Ensure the Neurosequential Model is implemented consistently by all program staff through modeling, observation and supervision.
- Ensure that Person Centered Plans are developed, appropriate and carried out
- Ensures that case management duties are performed by staff
- Provides leadership and supervision along side Program Director for all program staff by directing staff expectations, resolving grievances and acting as a mentor
- Assist staff in analyzing problems and in improving delivery of service through case staffing.
- Follow up each restraint/seclusion with a debriefing with staff involved. Complete appropriate documentation including debriefing forms
- Work with Director to collect and approve documentation of treatment
- Complete required documentation
- Coordinate procedures and processes with other supervisor(s) and program components.
- Attend all team meetings.
- Greet and direct families, volunteers, and other visitors.
- Work with Program Director to ensures all program performance measures are met, developing and implementing corrective action plans as necessary
- Follow all safety, health, and infection control policies.
- Ensure that the program area is neat and orderly at all times.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise program staff as assigned.
Perform management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include:
- Planning, assigning, and directing work;
- Appraising performance of direct reports along side the Program Director
- Assist Director in addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Case management and treatment planning.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Program manager will meet requirements specified for a Qualified Professional (QP) and have minimum of 2 years experience in child/adolescent MH/ SA treatment services.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid NC or SC Driver's license.
