- Competitive market salary - $90,000-$98,000 based on experience

- Acts as primary customer interface for all program issues.
- Ensures engineering targets (BOM cost, quality, delivery timing, tooling, performance, project engineering budget, etc.) for all assigned programs are met.
- Provides technical leadership in directing the efforts of cross-functional project team in the development and production release of all relevant project deliverables in compliance with the product development process and customer expectations. Ensures countermeasures are initiated to correct unfavorable variances.
- Ensures timing plans, defect / issues lists, risk assessments are created and maintained and provide project status for program reviews (e.g. gate, milestones, launch readiness, etc.) according to program timing for all assigned programs.
- Provides onsite customer support from their team for vehicle level issues related to the assigned programs.
- Participates in continuous improvement efforts, researches, recommends and initiates implementation of enhancements to products, processes and programs.
- Generates and/or maintains necessary documentation and data and systems/programs responsible to ensure traceability and compliance to Company process & procedures (i.e., LMP) and applicable standards (e.g. ISO/TS 16949).
- Contingency back-up for Manager, Engineering.
- Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet program and customer demands
- Occasionally travels to various customer and supplier locations and must have reliable transportation
- Comprehensive knowledge of product development engineering practices in automotive or comparable field.
- Comprehensive knowledge in planned and structured approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of configuration management and project monitoring and control techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T, design drawings and able to utilize CAD viewing software
- Comprehensive knowledge of English. (speak & write)
- Must have a valid passport
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering field
- 3-5 years experience regarding major responsibilities (listed above) in program management or comparable experience in automotive or comparable industry
