Title: Associate Director, Clinical Project Management (Oncology)

Location: Remote (US-based)

The role:
The Program Manager provides project management leadership to cross-functional teams for all activities related to the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and close-out of assigned projects. Ensures that all budgetary requirements, study timeframes and targets are met. May be responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of high complexity/high-profile, global, full-service projects. May also serve as a Line Manager for Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers on the team.
You will need:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Previous experience in a project management role in the CRO or pharmaceutical setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, large, global projects and manage all financial aspects of the study
  • Ability to operate at a high level (leading cross functional governance calls, working on partnership level processes, etc).
  • Subject matter expertise in the Oncology / Cancer therapeutic area
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Fluent in local language - both written & verbal
