Work Experience:
They should have at least two years experience working in the field of Substance use and
Mental Health, dealing with specific populations needs.
They should have at least two years of experience supervising other staff members.
JobDescription: DirectorofOperations(ProgramDirector)willberesponsibleforall management aspects of the program while upholding all regulations established by program objectives. Thedutiesandresponsibilitiesrangefromhandlinghumanresourcesto participating in meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, and making public appearances representing Miracle Rehab Inc.
They will oversee various administrative functions, hire new employees, work full time in officesandmayhavetoworkextrahoursandworkonweekendsifrequired. TheDirectorof Operations (Program Director) will perform duties while adhering to the organization's values and principles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Orient new employees; provide training regarding their responsibilities, rules, procedures, etc.
Oversee maintenance of the office
Maintain company website
Handle program inquiries via email and telephone, delegate and/or follow-up with calls, assist with scheduling ofassessments
Maintain all financial business functions with CPA
Coordinates policies and procedures within program
Recruits, selects, trains, and supervises all staff providing direct services to participant adults and their families
Ensures the safety and welfare of all clients and staff
Develops and uses communication and monitoring tools for program enhancement Delegates and monitors staff assignments
- Meets with parents, spouses, or other family members to coordinate client care

Pay: $71,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
