Program Director, Ems Programs - Cahe

Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic team leader to join our team and oversee the EMS Programs at our institution. As the Program Director, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students by developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that align with applicable accreditation and regulatory requirements. Our institution is dedicated to providing the best possible education and support to our students, and we are looking for a qualified and motivated individual to lead our program.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the paramedic program's curriculum and ensure that it aligns with applicable accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee faculty performance to ensure that they are providing high-quality instruction and meeting all program requirements.
• Monitor student satisfactory academic progress and provide guidance and support to students who are struggling.
• Ensure that the program meets all applicable accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote the program and recruit new students.
• Conduct ongoing evaluation of the program's effectiveness and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's degree preferred.
- Current licensure/certification as a NYS Paramedic.
- NYS Certified Instructor Coordinator, Paramedic Level.
- AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS Instructor certification.
- National Registry Paramedic Certification, preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in EMS education and/or management.
- Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements for EMS education programs.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
