AYES’ Program Coordinator will assume primary responsibility for ensuring that program activities are in line with the stated objectives for the program’s strategic plan and goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises daily operations, including direct services, administration, and record keeping.
- Supervises, assigns, instructs, trains, and may evaluate assigned staff.
- Prepares program reports.
- Resolves problems encountered by staff.
- Prepares budget and program narratives annually.
- Represents program at various agency and community meetings.
- Responds to internal and community correspondence and memos.
- Clarifies and implements policies for staff.
- Performs related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field. One to three years of related experience. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
