Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Senior Vice President and Clinical Program Director in developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing the TST Family Coaching & Visitation and SafeCare programs. Coordinator provides direct supervision of the FCV Transportation Aides and manages their schedules. In addition, the Program Coordinator provides support in the day-to-day management of various grant-funded program. This is a position that requires strong organizational, computer and problem-solving skills. The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Clinical Program Director, the Senior Vice President as needed and supports assigned programs.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational, computer skills and customer skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to organize self and others; to work independently and to take initiative; to prioritize and to proceed logically.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to assist with evaluations, surveys and general program data collection.
- Ability to organize large meetings/functions as well as educate the general public regarding Family Service policies and services.
- Data entry skills required.
