ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW:
The Pregnancy Help Center of Galveston, Inc. (PHCG) is a nonprofit organization based in Galveston, TX., whose mission is to help meet the material, emotional, and spiritual needs of those experiencing pregnancy and parents of young children. The PHCG is a Christian, faith-based organization which does not affiliate with any particular denomination or with any political party. The PHCG is a certified medical clinic. To achieve its mission, the PHCG focuses its efforts on meeting those needs by providing pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, material supplies, education, and options counseling. All counseling, classes, material goods, and services are provided by the PHCG free of charge to all clients. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The PHCG seeks a part-time dynamic, results-oriented, and dedicated professional who is interested in supporting the mission, vision, and ongoing development of the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), this position will collaborate with the ED and other PHCG staff to coordinate all client programs for the organization. As leader of the team which provides support and care to the clients, assures that clients are receiving the best emotional, material, and spiritual care as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Project & Budget Coordination:
o Develop a work plan in accordance with project goals, objectives, and funding limitations to implement trainings for clients of the PHCG.
o Facilitate trainings and meetings to ensure learning objectives are clear and measurable for teachers.
o Coordinate logistics, scheduling and staff and client communication.
o Track program data and client feedback to adjust programs as needed
· Program Development and Management:
o Lead in the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs for clients
o Assist with reviewing, developing, and writing lessons, for current and any new programs with oversight of the ED
o Responsible for the preparation of programs to include purchasing supplies, preparing curriculum, setting up and attending all classes.
o Responsible for coordinating volunteer teachers for programs.
o Assist with grant program reports, as needed, or requested.
· QUALIFICATIONS:
o Expresses full agreement with the Clinic’s Statement of Faith, Mission Statement and Code of Christian Conduct.
o Is dependable, stable, and capable of committing to this position’s responsibilities and duties.
o Expresses a desire to reach at-risk patients considering abortion.
o Believes in the sanctity of all human life from the moment of conception through natural death.
o Has a sincere, mature faith and is able to disciple those he/she supervises.
o Has two years of experience in a position requiring management experience or equivalent.
o Exhibits skill in interpersonal communication, public speaking, and problem solving.
o Ability to provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and support to staff and volunteers.
o Ability to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision.
o Bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English proficiently preferred.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
