Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is seeking a dedicated and talented professional for the following opportunity in San Diego, CA:

Program Assistant

Full-time, non-exempt

JOB SUMMARY

Under the general oversight of the Senior Manager, the Program Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and supportive functions of the LEARN Program, San Diego. The LEARN Program is a comprehensive, no cost energy efficiency training and education program implemented on behalf of San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E). The program provides innovative and easy to access technical upskill training and customer education across residential, commercial and agricultural sectors, as well as facilitating collaborations with other workforce education organizations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including excellent English business writing and grammar skills
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain records/databases
• Good customer relations and telephone skills with the ability to effectively handle difficult customers
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Bilingual is a plus

Pay :$19 hourly
