The Program Assistant for Inova Health System's Inova Well Program coordinates the scheduling of meetings, programs, and appointments to provide efficient customer service. Performs clerical functions to ensure smooth team functioning. Generates accurate data and reports to assist with programmatic decisions. Maintains supplies and equipment to support program functions.

Job Responsibilities
- Schedules appointments within 48 hours of requests or according to established policies.
- Provides feedback to other team members regarding scheduling.
- Performs requested functions within the requested timeframe.
- Prioritizes clerical functions with assistance from supervisor.
- Accurately performs functions.
- Records required data daily.
- Provides accurate data reports to the program manager according to established schedules.
- Inventories supplies and equipment according to established policies. Orders supplies and equipment according to established policies. May perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
Experience - 2 years of related experience
Education - Associate’s degree in relevant field (or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree)
