Must be 18 years old to attend class and be available to work for Episcopal Homes for a minimum of 90 days after passing the state exam.
Class is conducted for three weeks to prepare for your final NAR exam. Episcopal Homes will pay for up to two exam attempts. Next class starts April 2024. Eligible for a $1,500 bonus related to successful completion of class, state level testing and employment.
WHAT'S INVOLVED
We need people committed to improving themselves and passionate about enriching our seniors' lives. This will be an intensive 75-hour, 4 week class.
You must have computer with internet service to be able to complete the online material prior to the skills and in person supervised practical experience. Must attend every in person class date. You will be tested on your knowledge in writing and evaluated on your hands-on skills. Once the class is successfully completed we will schedule the state exam necessary for you to become an NAR.
