SAIC has an immediate need for a Program Analyst supporting the Tactical Networks Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (TACNET CB-ISEA) Technical Sustainment Support Service Area, located in San Diego, CA.
Note: This role is Hybrid Remote, with periodic onsite requirements (10-15%) in the San Diego area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the Tactical Networks Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (TACNET CB-ISEA) Technical Sustainment Support Service Area.
- Manage and revise the SharePoint site structure, content, and layout to ensure it meets both business and IT requirements.
- Provides general administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support for the project management team.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, respond to customer/client/team inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required.
- Format and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and other documents.
- Support project management team and network engineers to prepare, update, and distribute programmatic artifacts.
- Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, as needed to collect, update, and turnover the artifacts to the appropriate parties.
- Perform routine and non-routine tasks including special projects.
- May be responsible for scheduling and arranging meetings, research and secure requested information, and compiling/proofing of various deliverables.
- Directly interface with Government Civilian and Active Duty Navy personnel.
- Process visit request, personnel travel, and expense reports.
- Participate in a continual improvement process, and provide inputs to standard operating procedures.
- Will not have any direct reports.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
- Bachelors and three (3) years’ or more of related experience.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Experience communicating and presenting to large customer groups and program leadership.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience building complex documents, spreadsheets, slide decks and project files.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Full DoD Secret Clearance. Active clearance preferred. SAIC will sponsor qualified candidates for a security clearance.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Travel & Expense software.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing project demands and dependencies.
- Experience participating in strategic planning.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and systems a plus (networks, routing/switching, servers, virtualization).
Target salary range: $75,001 - $85,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
