Description
Leidos is seeking an entry-level Project and Program Management Analyst to join the National Airspace System (NAS) Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team.
This position will provide support to Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Trainings Needs Assessment Tool (TNAT) program.
Program Analyst Primary Responsibilities:
Provide support to Trainings Needs Assessment Tool (TNAT) program. Assist the FAA in improving, maintaining, and managing the TNAT Program. This support includes but is not limited to:
Responding to field initiated phone calls, emails, ad hoc meetings
Documenting activities in Monthly Task Order Status Report
Tracking course development progress using Microsoft Project
Coordinating with Program Managers on course development
Working closely with training developer on the development of Environmental Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) courses
Tracking enrollment and initiate calendar invite
Uploading, testing and validating the training data revisions into the TNAT test site and the TNAT production site
Reviewing TNAT log and feedback comments; daily responses are required and should be processed as necessary
Supporting meetings (or telecons) and prepare meeting minutes or notes and action items as necessary. Draft and distribute notes/agendas as necessary
Reviewing and track course material for use in instructor-led classroom training
Program Analyst Basic Qualifications:
BA degree required knowledge or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (Pivot Tables and Formulas), PowerPoint, and Project.
Program Analyst Preferred Qualifications:
Previous work experience for/with the FAA is highly preferred.
Experience with JIRA
Experience with PowerBI or Tabelau
** While a clearance is not required to be considered for the position, the ability to obtain a clearance (i.e., Public Trust) is required if hired.
Business travel not anticipated; however, if so, less than 5%.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
