Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain team policies, procedures, processes, and best practices to promote compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations
- Entering Unique Q’s and A’s into Response Tracker
- Intake – mgmt, assignments
- Monday Calls – prep and host
- Coordinating Strat Investigations – scheduling calls, taking notes, ensuring follow up is completed
- Maintaining the NQTL templates – Comm E&I, ASO, C&S, IFP
- Member NQTLs- Annual review, updates and posting
- As needed, reporting Team KPI data (volume of work supported by the team and sat survey results)
- New process strategy calls - scheduling calls, taking notes, ensuring follow up is completed
- Team Surveys – sending and tracking results
- Prepares and finalizes documents and reports for oversight/governance programs, compliance updates and applicable regulatory audits and filings
- Oversee production, approval, and distribution of materials
- Function as a member of a self-directed team to meet specific individual and team performance requirements
- Collaborate with team/department members to identify and address issues related to documentation language or formatting
- Share ideas and techniques for optimal communication and/or documentation development; report concerns related to usability or accessibility to the appropriate team/department member for resolution

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in a government or healthcare environment with experience in compliance and/or legal
- Excellent verbal, analytic and communications skills; Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Proven writing skills
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Extremely detail orientated with focus on quality/quality assurance
- Objective, collaborative approach; relationship builder who strives to build partnerships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Intermediate or better proficiency using SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and with all levels of leadership
- Ability to work effectively and congenially with employees at all levels
- Ability to respond quickly to new instructions, situations, methods, and procedures
- Ability to manage competing demands on time
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in a government, healthcare, managed care or health insurance environment
- 5+ years of experience with regulatory filings and working with regulators
- Medicaid/Commercial insurance experience
- Awareness of Mental Health Parity Addiction and Equity Act

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
