We're looking for a Program Activation Manager to join our award-winning Brand Partnership Studio. Joining our team on the West Coast reporting to the U.S West Coast Lead, this role will work closely with our Sales teams as well as external brands, agencies and vendors to manage creative campaigns that help drive Twitch's sales goals. We are looking for someone who has produced award winning branded content to help elevate Twitch's portfolio of custom content.
Key job responsibilities
- Oversee multiple creative projects from end-to-end, including oversight and tracking of per-project budgets, timelines, schedules, daily hot sheets, meeting debriefs, status report updates, document sharing
- Utilize project management processes from ideation to execution
- Manage partnerships with content creators and overseeing third-party production companies
- Actively serve your projects through cross collaboration with all (internal and external) partners at all stages of every project
- Lead and influence the best schedule to protect the creative process, product and resources while ensuring seamless, on-time, on-budget, on-brief deliverables for brands.
- Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate with design and sales to maintain workflow through the final asset release
- Advise clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions
- Alongside our client services team, be accountable for client relationships after the program has sold through, with special attention to profitability, tracking and managing resource use, financial reporting and billing
- Lead "on-site" production live streams, to ensure quality control and exceed client expectations
- Identifies opportunities for efficiency, managing risk and providing mitigation planning.
- Champion the creative process to cross functional partners throughout a program lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with other Program Activation Managers on the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Highly collaborative and excellent relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
