Job Description
Delivers end-to-end executional excellence in consumer research study placement, including product preparation, clearance, coordination with placement agencies, and proficient in the requirements and documentation of study releases. Proficient in the range of standard technical characterization. Identifies, documents, communicates work and test results, and makes recommendations for next steps.
Job Qualifications
Products Research Capability - A passion for putting the consumer at the heart of what you do. Experience in delivering end-to-end executional excellence in consumer and technical/performance study placement, including product preparation, clearance, coordination with placement agencies/PRT, and proficiency in the requirements and documentation of study releases. Embraces technical and lab work including test method execution, documentation and analysis with attention to detail.
Agility - Managing priorities and adapting to changing business needs and new data is critical.
Operates with Discipline - Well organized with good time management skills and the ability to work at a fast pace to meet learning objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills – Able to interact well with a diverse group of people from different functions, and at different levels within the company.
Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written is a must.
Passion to Win—Candidate must have a passion to win with our consumer. It is critical to keep the needs of the consumer top of mind and to constantly explore opportunities that drive delight (and therefore, value) for our consumer.
Basic Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Document, compile and summarize data from various experiments for review and interpretation together with manager/technical coach.
