We are currently hiring Production Workersand Experienced HEAVY Forklift operators (36,000 lb Lifts) for our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in production, enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and is able to multi-task effectively. A successful candidate will have a good understanding of production, will be able to show up to work on time be able to work outside in the elements and also will work well with colleagues from other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a continuous improvement effort by identifying waste and suggesting improvements.
- Coordinate the production line.
- Confirm the quality of products before shipment to customers.
- Learn the company's goals and objectives.
- Keep up with production schedules.
- Keep production floor safe and clean by following safety and sanitation rules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
