Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Follow production schedule.
- Visually inspect product as it is being produced
- Load/unload conveyor belts.
- Prepare product for shipping.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to maintain work area cleanliness and general housekeeping regarding compounding areas.
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions in regards to SOP's, WI's, Management instructions, and other job related instructions.
- Basic communication skills required.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, multi-task and work under deadlines.
- Ability to perform manual tasks under varying temperatures conditions in usually an indoor manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read weigh scales.
- Ability to perceive colors and shading.
- Ability to read precision measuring equipment
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- Semi-moderate to moderate physical activity.
- Including but not limited to sitting, standing, hand/arm manipulation, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, seeing, touching/feeling, hearing, and crouching.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
