What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be processing and counting incoming mail between the hours of 4:00-8:00 PM Monday through Friday in our air-conditioned and heated warehouse.
Mail is then placed on specific pallets based on certain instructions.
Information is then collected and added to a spreadsheet.
Follow company operational procedures and policies for processing and counting to produce both accurate and quality work in a timely manner.
Pay close attention to detail when processing and counting according to client-specific set-up instructions.
Other related duties are assigned as needed.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM depending on volume,
Off Saturday, Sunday, all major holidays plus USPS holidays
What You Bring:
Proficient in the use of English. Spanish is helpful but not necessary.
Strong attention to detail
Verbal and written communication skills must be clear, tactful, and constructive
Required Skills:
Data entry in Excel
Must be able to stand, walk, and bend while lifting up to 40 pounds
