Production Worker -- 1St Shift

Compensation: Starting pay at $20 per hour

Bonus:

• 30 Days - $500
• 60 Days - $500
• 90 Days - $1,000

Shift: Day shift from 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Preferably forklift experience but not mandatory
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Long periods of standing

Responsibilities:

• Receive customer parts for surface polishing
• Ensure that parts are done according to the customers' specifications
• Use forklift machines when necessary
• Use hand and power tools when needed
• Follow safety guidelines
• Review quality policy weekly
• Oversee and report inventory incoming parts
• Inspect parts for damage and report to management if any
• Double-check all work before processing
• Load and unload media into machines
• Prepare bowls and MVs for the next load
• Clean parts after processing
• Wash parts according to standard operating procedures
• Assist in preparing parts for shipping
• Assist management with other assigned tasks and duties
• Perform production maintenance and complete required cleaning and maintenance duties
