SalaryPRODUCTION TRAINEE (rotating shift work): Neville Chemical Company is a major manufacturer of Hydrocarbon Resins with a 95 + year history in the industry. Resins are thermoplastic low molecular weight polymers that are used extensively in the formulation of Adhesive and Sealants, Paints and Coatings, Inks, Tire and Industrial Rubber products. Hydrocarbon resins are key components that enhance the process ability and end-use performance of these products. We are currently recruiting for full-time Production Trainees in our Manufacturing Division at our Neville Island, Pennsylvania facility.
This position is primarily responsible for performing work assigned to maintain efficient operations in the Resin Production Department. This work involves learning of various operations/units, helping operators, material transfer, operating process equipment, packaging, filling and marking product; palletizing and maintaining good housekeeping.
- High school degree or equivalent is required.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating shift work
- Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull/reach in a physically demanding environment.
- Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
