Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gain basic to moderate knowledge of general aspects of Lining processes to support safe working in the role.
- Adhere to all ISO, Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality processes, procedures, flowcharts, and policies, including correct use of PPE.
- Distinguish different product sizes and lengths.
- Meet established quality standards for all work performed.
- Complete daily work as scheduled for maximum utilization of production, and in accordance with the production schedule.
- Learn the basic flow of tubulars and Duoline lining products in accordance with Duoline procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a constant alert for unsafe conditions and practices and correct or report them immediately.
- Clean all products from oil, dust and/or paint.
- Responsible for housekeeping in work area, various assigned areas, and the plant facility in general.
Other Functions
- Performs other duties as required and directed by Production Supervisor.
- When necessary, does similar or general type work in other classifications.
- Complies with the work schedule assigned, including working days, nights, and weekends.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Mandatory
- High School Diploma or GED,
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment,
- Ability to operate and use efficiently computerized production systems (i.e., Plant Workflow, MRP and Inventory Management systems),

Physical Demands: Department of Labor DOT Definition Medium Work
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are more than those for Light Work.
Sensory/Mental Requirements:
The associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operations of machines; using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
Work Environment:
The associate is regularly exposed to environmental conditions and occasionally to extreme heat and extreme cold. The associate is regularly exposed to noise that requires hearing protection. The associate is exposed frequently to a variety of physical hazards and occasionally to vibration, small quarters and narrow spaces.
