Koyo Bearings North America, LLC in Telford, TN is seeking highly qualified candidates for Grind/Assembly Technician B positions. Primary function is to perform advance operating procedures such as Grinding, and Assembly operations, perform adjustments, tool changes, address short stops, preventative maintenance, start-up, set up, change over, trouble shoot and shut down tasks.
STARTING PAY for this position is $18.54 plus .50 shift premium.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
* Ability to work Monday thru Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm and overtime when needed.
* Ability to communicate and perform in a TEAM approach environment.
* Willingness to undergo extensive testing including drug and medical screening.
* Ability to read dial indicators and set up grinders to run to customer specifications.
* At least one year of experience in manufacturing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Positive attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills/team oriented
- One year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to read dial gauges and digital calipers
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Regular and punctual attendance.

The performance of this position will require exposure to manufacturing areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, mandatory hearing protection, and steel toed shoes.
