The Production Technician meets daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts at Pontotoc Spring. Starting pay is $19 an hour and goes up to more than $30.00 an hour.

Production Supervisor
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Work safely in a team environment
- Meet daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts
- Must be able to read and learn to interpret specification sheets and mechanical drawings
- Must be able to learn to read precision measuring instruments
- Set-up/Troubleshoot equipment
- Assist other shifts or areas as needed
- Keep work area clean
SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints, specification sheets, and/or mechanical drawings and in precision measurement and become proficient through training.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High School Education or GED
- Must score Silver level or higher on Work Keys test
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at 225 pieces per hour
- Must be able to stand and walk on concrete plant floor for extended periods of time (up to 12-hour shifts)
