Job Summary:
Candidate must be able to lead a support team and coordinate with offshore and client. You will work with development, deployment, and production areas of business to craft new solutions. Collaborate with key business resources on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to Customer using knowledge on Ecommerce.
Identify and resolve Support L2 issues.
Work with stakeholders to ensure that changes/fixes are completed on time and within budget.
Mentor junior-level Support Analysts.
Keep up to date with the latest technologies.
Manage Support SLAs and customer expectations related to L2 application support.
Help in updating and maintaining the SOP documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
