Job Description Summary
Employee directs and organizes the production operations and maintains the standard policies and procedures of the company. This person oversees all production and warehouse employees.
Responsibilities
Lead Safety culture
Accomplishes all production requirements
Schedules the next day's production
Monitors inventory & orders raw material required for production
Leads and maintains all safety and plant policies
Oversight of Quality
Coordinates with maintenance to assure efficient running systems
Operate all machines and equipment
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Four years' experience in a related manufacturing organization preferred
Must be forklift certified
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
Must maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
