- Ensure your team clearly understands the company direction and their roles in supporting this through effective usage of the Policy Deployment process (mission, vision, safety, strategy, targets) Be responsible for developing and running the Performance Management System for your teams by demonstrating effective use of core competencies
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Automotive/Body Shop experience preferred
- Must have proven Leadership experience
- Manufacturing experience in a production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Availability to work any shift (weekends, holidays and overtime)
- The ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications or work instructions
- 5S ownership in area(s) of responsibility
- Process set up and utilization using Visual Management
- Demonstrating the required competencies to monitor, coach, and train Standardized Work
- Understanding of Andon including its purpose and utilization Problem Solving ability with improvement mindset and methods
