Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

• Plan and coordinate department’s activities to support production targets
• Participate in identifying hiring needs; employee selection and training process
• Provide communication on departmental expectations, motivate team members, and identify opportunity for improvements
• Provide team leadership consistent with company vision, mission, principles
• Ensure policies are followed and provide guidance and discipline
• Participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow ISO quality standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• Assembly manufacturing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ability to work 2nd Shift 3pm - 12am
