A major manufacturing company and industry leader is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their growing team in Frankton, IN on the second or third shift.
This is a direct-hire, full-time position with a highly competitive base salary, paid overtime, shift differential, and full benefits!
Hours: 2nd shift, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm; 3rd Shift, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
Compensation: Pay Up to $85k + full benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities and delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
- Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency and meet customer requirements.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety policies and company standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree desired.
- 3+ years of Production Supervision experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
