- Starting Pay: $20.00/hour + Shift Premiums

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Operates manual or semi-auto equipment, assembles, stages, rework, order pulling, bin replenishment, packages, and load/unloads.
- Performs in-process inspection of parts produced complying with MOD and specification requirements. Separates defective parts and reports to management.
- Meet quality and productivity standards as established by the department.
- Follows all department and corporate procedures regarding safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory, etc.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Entry level production/manufacturing experience
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Able to read and understand basic drawings/specifications

The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.00/hour, with the potential to reach $20.75/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
