Production Operator

Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a Bottling Manufacturing Production worker: 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Operates and cleans bottling equipment and assists with change overs 

• Safely and efficiently operate all assigned pieces of equipment on the production line to meet or exceed established production goals in a cost-effective manner 

• Ability to keep work area clean, organized and Food Safety compliant manner 

• Responsible for general housekeeping duties and maintaining a sanitary work area 

• Responsible for routine production reporting and quality checks 

• Must be able to consistently perform all in-process and final production quality control and verification checks 

• Responsible for compliance with CBI sustainability policies and practices 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred 

• Proficient in basic math skills 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Regularly bend, reach, twist and turn, and lift up to 25 lbs. 

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions  

• Required to wear a respirator when necessary 

• Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness and be available to work any assigned shift (day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10); weekends and overtime when necessary

Pay Details: $16.81 per hour
