Production Manager

Topagri Holdings LLC is an agricultural production exporting company. The company is seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as a Supply Chain Supervisor. As part of our operation and logistics department, you need to make sure all aspects of our supply chain are functioning, including materials procurement, processing, order fulfillment, and delivery. An efficient, functional supply chain is the backbone of our successful international operations. Your expertise in logistics management, forecasting, and transportation is crucial to building better supply processes. You will take responsibility for creating contingency plans to prevent disruption and ensuring your managing director has a reporting system regarding our present conditions and capabilities. Our ideal candidate is bilingual, self-motivated with a strong result-oriented attitude, and has at least a bachelor's degree in logistic management or experience related to supply chain, or a field directly relevant to our industrial concerns.

Job responsibilities:

1. Effectively manage daily plant operation, staff scheduling, monitor and review the workflow

2. Work closely with the logistics department and another team on the production plan, work schedules, etc.

3. Maintain effective scheduled production as per the plant production master plan

4. Perform facility maintenance of the main building and machinery equipment and the orization of the tools

5. Perform souring management, cooperate with suppliers on price negotiation, quality control, procurement process improvement

6. Perform top-level inventory management, oversee the inventory on traceability, safety, and quality

7. Oversea inbound and outbound inventory and all other relevant transportation duties

8. Implement SOPs and KPIs; plan and monitor the budget, and effectively manage the whole plant staff

9. Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures

10. All other duties assigned by Director

Requirement:

1. 3-5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role managing a production team or industrial processing plant employees

2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; previous experience using ERP systems is beneficial.

3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

4. Superior organizational and communication skills

Terms of employment: Full-time permanent job

Language of work: Fluent in English and Mandarin will be an asset.

Salary: Depending on experience

Work time: Monday to Saturday
