We specialize in creating orthodontic appliances, such as invisible and acrylic retainers, splints, and mouthpieces, to name a few.

What Next
We are accepting resumes for a Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager for Excel, you will be responsible for the oversight of lab-wide production and operation efficiency while carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight of manual production, ensuring that daily distribution of work is completed per timelines and quality standards.
- Manage the completion of all expedited cases, ensuring that rush orders are distributed and completed in accordance with timeline expectations and quality standards.
- Act as the point of contact for doctor correspondences regarding minor issues and misc. questions, and troubleshooting for client cases. Also, expediting major issues to the Director of Operations as needed.
- Responsible for managing personnel time and attendance records and PTO requests, providing final approval, and managing the lab PTO calendar.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations, Human Resources, and Lead Technicians regarding all employee relation matters to ensure that company policies and processes are followed.
- Responsible for coordinating with Lead Technicians to identify training gaps and initiating employee development plans.
- Responsible for holding regular departmental meetings and communicating company information as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and professional phone etiquette.
- The ability to understand and navigate the organization successfully.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and stay focused while managing multiple and sometimes shifting priorities.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use good judgment in decision-making.
- The desire to learn and grow in your working knowledge of the laboratory and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Schedule and Work Hours
- This is a full-time position; hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
