Come join our team as a Manufacturing Production Manager/ Sub Process
The Production Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the operations of sublimation printing, laser, cutting and assembly departments. This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency in sublimation printing, laser and cutting technologies, alongside strong leadership, and organizational skills.
What you will do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sublimation, laser, assembly and cutting departments, ensuring efficient workflow and high quality
• Plans, schedules, and prioritizes department activities to meet or exceed established customer expectations
• Responsible for day-to-day work in process (WIP) working closely with Planning and other departments
• Cultivates a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and ownership
• Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure accurate execution of customers designs and patterns
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all products meet or exceed our standards and customer expectations

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in apparel and/or textile industries
• Sublimation printing, laser and/or cutting room experience required
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team working with a diverse workforce
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving production goals
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Flexible and adaptable with a growth mindset
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with technology such as AI
• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred
