The Production Manager position is responsible for the management of the Contract Packaging staff, including hiring, training, and directing individuals performing at various operation levels, including entry-level packing, machine operations, material handling, and team lead, Maintaining, building, developing, and improving staff by setting clear expectations, training, monitoring, and coaching. Partner with engineering and operations to maintain accurate productivity standards; Identify continuous improvement opportunities and eliminate waste; Ensure a lean production culture is adhered to, including implementing 5S practices.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities);
- 2+ years of Supervisory experience is a must.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels of employees and customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.

This position is for the Shrink Sleeve Equipment Division. We provide custom engineered solutions for shrink sleeve labeling, tamper evident packaging and multi-packs. Our customers are typically in Food, Beverage (ex. Craft Beer, Wine and Spirits), Health/Beauty Care and Automotive industries.
