Summary:

The Production Manager (PDM) must maintain overall client satisfaction through constant communication and by monitoring the Project Team’s communication. In addition, the PDM is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the assigned Project Team(s) to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Manage project teams to ensure all services meet the client’s expectations.
    1. Accountable for status and quality of teams’ work.
    2. Responsible for providing superior customer service and responsiveness to internal and external clients by project team.
  • Formulates strategic plans as it relates to:
    1. Allocating team resources such as assignment of projects and specific services.
    2. Maximizing team productivity.
  • Analyze, delegate tasks and leads project team members to successful completion of project tasks or services.
  • Develop recovery plans when issues arise on projects assigned to team.
  • Support project team in executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
    1. Interpret and develop reports related to optimal productivity.
  • Review project proposals with Project Managers to determine filing strategy and establish a project’s time schedule to develop a work plan.
  • Reporting as needed basis at the request of the Director of Project Management and/or Executive Management.
  • Responsible for communicating municipal agency updates – such as the DOB, Dept. of Finance, DOT, Landmark Preservations, OER, etc. - when released by the Director of Agency Relations
  • Conducts quality control audits daily for existing projects in system.
    1. Assessment of services assigned to each team for optimal monthly production goal fulfillment.
    2. Analyze the execution of existing project tasks in WAVE to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining the direct and open line of communication between the internal project team(s) and the Account Management team.
    1. Meets with Account Management Teams and Project Teams on a weekly basis.
    2. Coordinates project management department meeting topics and agenda with other Production Managers. Meeting to be held quarterly.
  • Assess collective and individual training needs for team members.
    1. Define career opportunities and develop individual training for each team member.
    2. Performance and reward alignment.
    3. Conduct on-going Performance management meetings on a quarterly basis.
  • Review/approve time off (PTO) as requested by team.
  • Review/approve daily timesheets for team members on a weekly basis.
  • Acts as back up to Project Managers as needed.
  • All other projects as assigned.
  • Performs additional duties as needed.

Education and/ or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of five years comparable experience in project management or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are a must as are solid listening skills.
  • Must be an inspirational team leader with strong initiative and excellent people skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft platform.
  • Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills along with the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Customer Service:

  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume production environment.
  • Maintains the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude either verbally or written communication.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Compensation:

Milrose Consultants, LLC is commited to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by several factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.

Annual Salary Range: $92,000.00-$110,000.00 USD

Physical Demands

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position who is regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours per workweek.

Travel
Travel to client site or municipal agency as expected for this position. Associate may be required to attend meetings at the discretion of management and/or if it is project related.
