Production Manager

Elevated, LLC is Montana’s premier medical marijuana provider and the gold standard for providers across the state. Headquartered in Billings, Montana, we grow a large variety of quality flower strains, produce a large variety of concentrates, cartridges, and unique lab and bakery products that are distributed across the state to our multiple retail locations. We are looking for an educated, professional Distribution manager that would like to join our successful team and continue to grow with us as we continue to provide quality products to our Montana patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in tasks of all other positions.
• Execute all tasks provided by Operational Manager or Directors within the set deadline.
• In charge of scheduling for all employees in Production on a weekly basis.
• Ensure all Production Supervisors are meeting deadlines and always have Elevated’s best interest in mind.
• Keep notes on all employees to ensure everyone is in their proper role that fits their skill set and abilities.
• With use of hindsight, handle all hiring and paperwork of new employees, and/or terminating.
• Responsible for maintaining METRC’S daily to stay compliant with the state of Montana, which includes:
• Creating clones and assigning to designated cloners.
• Assigning METRC’S plant tags when moved to Vegetative Tanks.
• Transferring Vegetative Plants to designated Bloom Tanks.
• Destroying plants that cause a negative impact on tanks.
• Inputting wet weight data after Harvest and ensuring plants are grouped in the appropriate Batch.
• Creating Bulk Bud and Trim packages associated with the correct batch, and transfer to other Elevated Facilities.
• Transfer Test samples to testing facility to ensure state compliance.
• Record all waste associated with appropriate Vegetative and Bloom tanks daily.
• Accurately weigh Bulk Buds and Trim no less than weekly
• Submit for testing at least weekly, but more frequently if necessary
• Submit trim payroll weekly and CC direct supervisor when submitted
• Effectively collaborate between departments to provide the best quality medicine for patients.
• Provide the best tools for Production Supervisors to complete their weekly tasks efficiently; nutrients, grow equipment, construction equipment, access to all necessary paperwork and Suites.
• Utilize contractors at Elevated’s disposal when necessary.
• Plan and execute to accommodate times of expansion; ordering equipment and nutrients, hiring staff, strategizing immature plant count.
• Strategize tank planting to achieve the highest possible yields while keeping the top strains at a desired total percentage.
• Keep all employees in Production accountable with Elevated/Production Policies and Procedures.
• Provide solutions or advice when needed to all Production employees about any misunderstandings that may occur.
• Ensure all Plant Templates and Harvest information are up to date on Sharepoint daily.
• Maintain all Production employee records of days off on Sharepoint daily.
• Maintain records of all Bloom Tank paperwork from Day 1 of Bloom, to finished product.
• Complete employee performance reviews per Elevated’s Policy and issue raises when necessary.
• Has built an elevated level of trust with Operations Manager and Directors based on knowledge and performance.
• Is willing and capable of working weekend shifts.
• Keep calm and collected in the event there is an equipment malfunction.
• Report to work at 8AM and work a full shift until 5:00PM without exceeding break times.
• Maintain compliance with all Elevated’s policies and procedures.

Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft programs including but not limited to Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must have a high energy level.
• Ability to multi-task while keeping on a set timeline.
• Planning, problem solving, and teamwork are necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work 8 hours at a time.
• Able to log at least 45 hours in uAttend weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
