The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Production Engineering Manager(Level K) to lead our Boeing Helena Industrial Engineering team based in Helena, MT.
The Helena site specializes in hard metal machining and this role will have responsibility over the Industrial Engineering Team.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production Engineering; specifically Industrial Engineering.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.
3+ years of Production Engineering experience.
1+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Typically 9 years engineering experience or equivalent experience and education.
Experience managing employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of experience in Fabrication/Manufacturing.

Summary pay range: – $119,850 - $162,150
