We are looking for a Asst./General Manager to our team for multiple location!
Job Responsibilities:
- Record detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Focus on cookie quality and customer service
- Make schedule
- Place ingredient order weekly
- Oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts
- Help in training process of new staff members
- Enthusiastic and motivated — need to create a fun, positive atmosphere!
- Valid Driver's License
- Proven experience as a Manager or relevant managerial role
- Evaluating Performance and Productivity.
- Hiring Employees.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
