Job Position:Production Inventory Specialist
Target Pay Range: $24.00-$27.00/hour, depending on level of relevant experience and qualifications

As a Production Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's production logs and yield reports accurately reflect material consumption. Your responsibilities will include researching materials usage transactions, reconciling inventory reports and serving as a key point of contact with operations and cost accounting leadership. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights into the internal chain of custody for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. To succeed in this role, you should possess a working knowledge of warehouse and/or manufacturing operations. Proficiency in cleaning and analyzing data is essential, along with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures production entries are completed and posted within the specified time frame.
• Maintains accurate transaction reporting on the internal chain of custody of product, from raw material to finished goods.
• Reconciles materials usage logs with system transactions (Production Entries) and deep dives on discrepancies.
• Evaluates and enforces completion of production materials usage logs and transactions where required.
• Reviews production yields and determines if formulas need to be updated.
• Works with the Cost Accounting department to help them accurately set product prices.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar preferred.
• Proficient to advanced in Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Experience with a food manufacturing ERP strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
