Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production workers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new employees on job duties and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in forklift operation and ability to safely move materials as needed
- Ability to read and interpret safe work instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
