KettleHouse Brewing Co. is looking for an organized, hard-working, fun-loving individual who can help share our love for beer, innovation, and quality to join our team as a Production & Facilities Assistant. At KettleHouse Brewing Co., our mission is to match the quality of our beers to the quality of the Montana outdoor experience. Our award‐winning beers include Cold Smoke® Scotch Ale, Double Haul® IPA, Shady™ New England IPA, Fish On!® Juicy Montana Pale Ale, along with many seasonal and rotating offerings. We are distributed throughout Montana and in select markets in Idaho, Washington, Wyoming, and Utah.
The Production & Facilities Assitant will work closely with our Facilities Manager and the Production team to complete tasks related to maintenance and Production to aid in the production of our products and the upkeep of our facilities.

Necessary Professional Skills:
- Willing to work any shift and fill in as needed.
- Ability to follow complex series of directions with minimal supervision. Troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Ability to read, speak, understand English, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs; experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Possession of a valid Montana driver’s license.
- Must be able to legally sample alcohol products for quality control tasting.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings.
- Skill in equipment maintenance – performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
- Ability to drive a forklift. Current forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 175 pounds.
- Ability to develop knowledge of the company’s safety standards and the ability to identify potential problems or safety hazards.
