- Create all customer files to maintain files accurately
- Review sold jobs for compliance, proper measurements, correct pricing, and accuracy to ensure the company can perform the requested work
- Interpret and analyze job costing and accuracy between actual and budgeted job costing to ensure profitability on all jobs
- Process check payments and record those payments to ensure that all necessary funds for jobs are being collected from the customer
- Assist dissatisfied customers by routing them to the proper department for maximum resolution
- Produce weekly service reports from CRM
- Manage customer schedules for installations and project steps in a timely manner ensuring that the customer is up to date as project milestones occur
- Exceptional, professional demeanor and communication skills
- Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
- Providing customers with a fantastic experience over the phone
- Good organization and problem-solving skills
- Production, construction, or remodeling experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change
- Ability to adapt and assist where and when needed to help accomplish departmental objectives
