Job Summary:
Candidate position is for a Production Specialist in B03 clean room facility in Goleta, California. The position is for production work conducted inside a clean room lab with full gown suits, ESD straps, microscope use and with frequent use of computer Microsoft Office applications.
*2nd Shift – 3:00PM – 11:30PM – Goleta, CA. This position is an onsite role. *
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Working with adhesives, solvents, and/or paint
Handling small parts and assemblies
Wearing a cleanroom gown or smock and an ESD strap
Operating and troubleshooting complex equipment
Reading and following specific work instructions and procedures
Reading and responding to emails in Outlook and replying to team messages in a timely manner
Recording and reporting work done in an MES system
Basic Qualifications:
6 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current or previous security clearance at any level
Experience using microscopes and manipulating objects while looking through them
Experience handling small electronic chips/components
Experience using tweezers on small components
Experience soldering electronic components

Additional Information:
The salary range for this role is $44,990.40 to $103,001.60; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

• Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
