Production Associate - Evening Shift

STARTING PAY $23/HOUR!!

Production Associate

Evening Shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am (Monday - Thursday)

About the Role
Depending on area, the essential functions of this job include: packing hardware boxes, loading and unloading trucks, cutting/installing windows, installing insulation, fabricating springs, assembling different track configurations, etc. Cross training between departments will also be expected in time. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly and overhead. We take pride in maintaining a clean and organized shop and focus on making sure that all jobs are being performed safely.

Skills needed:

• Basic mechanical skills
• Use hand/power tools
• Ability to lift 35-55 lbs., regularly overhead
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs., occasionally overhead
• Ability to bend, crouch, twist and stand on his/her feet all shift (10 hours)
• Simple math
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Good hand eye coordination
• Punctual
• Ability to work well with others
